1. Orders 

•  All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We will immediately inform you if an item is out of stock.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a message in (1) your email; (2) messenger OR (3) Viber, about the total amount you need to settle.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment 

•  All prices are listed in PHP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping

• We ship nationwide in the Philippines.
• The amount for shipping fees (if applicable) will be sent either via email, messenger or Viber, and estimated delivery times are 1-2 business days once payment is confirmed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

 4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the outer parcel packaging and the item intact.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and received.​

Fragrance preferences are subjective; we do not offer refunds based on personal scent preferences.

 5. Product Information

• We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. For example, we might overlook that a sample is now 0.6ml instead of 0.8ml because of a recent change in the brand packaging. Kindly clarify with us if you have any concerns.
