Wait for our message on the communication channel you have chosen on the delivery page (email, messenger or Viber). We will send our payment details there and request you to settle the bill within 24-48 hours. Kindly send us the proof of payment once done.
Once payment is confirmed, we will ship out the next business day and send you the receipt/ tracking number of the parcel.
After checking out, we will send you the total amount + delivery fees (if applicable) to your chosen communication channel indicated in the delivery page.
After sending your screenshot of proof of payment, we will also respond to confirm your payment and send you the receipt/ tracking number of the parcel.
We accept BDO, BPI and Gcash.
Don't forget to send us a screenshot of your payment via one of your chosen communication channel: email / messenger / Viber.
Please do not send them to more than one as it may cause confusion.

We do not allow payment in installments for all items. All items must be paid in full before we ship out.
After the order is submitted, we can only change shipping details if notified to us within 1 hour. After such period, we will be unable to change the order details and will ship to the original address indicated in the order.
Please ensure that you input the correct details to avoid any inconvenience.
Once shipping is processed, we will send a receipt / tracking number of the parcel and you can check the trail of your package through the J&T express website.
Yes but only for Metro Manila. The customer shall be the one responsible in booking and shouldering the delivery fees. No exceptions.
To have same-day delivery, the customer shall inform us while sending the proof of payment. If the proof of payment is confirmed and the customer does not mention same-day delivery as his/ her delivery method, the default will be J&T express.
We offer a 7-day refund/ return policy for missing or damaged items only. We do not accept refund requests for any other reason. Items must be in their original condition and unused, with the receipt or proof of purchase intact with the return parcel. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item at our office address.
In our personal experience, decanted perfumes do not last long. It does not retain the quality of the juice and it tends to evaporate quickly especially in non-air tight containers. Thus, we do not offer decants and we only sell our perfumes in its original packaging - sourced straight from perfume boutiques, for you to enjoy only the best quality.
If you bought items from another store, we are unable to authenticate it for you because we do not know its source or where it was bought. We can only guarantee authenticity for the items bought in our store.
