After adding to cart and checking out, we will contact you via your chosen communication channel (email, messenger or Viber) to confirm your total and shipping fees if applicable.
Then we will send our payment details there and request you to settle the amount in 24-48 hours. We will ship the order the next business day after your payment is confimed. Strictly no cancellation of orders.
Our store accepts BDO, BPI and GCASH only.
We offer a 7-day refund/ return policy for missing or damaged items only. We do not accept refund requests for any other reason. Items must be in their original condition and unused, with the receipt or proof of purchase intact with the return parcel. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item at our office address.
